At first he hesitated in transplanting Itachi's eyes into his. Sasuke gained his EMS from Uchiha Itachi. By the time Madara gained his EMS, his original eyes has lost its light, he is practically blind. When Madara told this story, his brother was shown to be on his deathbed. Madara did not take it from him by force. Note that he claimed that his brother gave it to him. Madara gained his EMS after taking his brother's MS. Of those 7 only 2 is confirmed to have an Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan (henceforth the EMS), that is Uchiha Madara and Uchiha Sasuke. Is shown to have awakened Mangekyou Sharingan (henceforth the MS).

Sasuke awaken his Sharingan at the age of 7 during the Uchiha Massacre. He was the last member of Uchiha clan until he became a father. Sasuke Uchiha is a shiobi of Konoha’s Uchiha clan and currently the strongest Uchiha. Itachi was only 8 year old when he awaken his Sharingan. Itachi awaken his Sharingan after witnessing the death of his team-mate Tenma Izumo.
Itachi Uchiha was an shinobi of Konoha’s Uchiha clan who served as Anbu captain before murdering his entire clan. Obito awaken his Sharingan at age or 12-13. He awaken his sharingan during the Third Shinobi World War, when Kakashi saved him from Taiseki’s attack but lost his left eye in the procces. Obito Uchiha was a Chunin of konoha before becoming a major villain in the series. In this post, we are going see 5 Uchiha’s who awaken their Sharingan at young age. It is regarded as one of “Three Great Dojutsu”, other are “Byakugan” and “Rinnegan”. The Sharingan is the Dojutsu Kekkei Genkai of the Uchiha clan that appear to awaken by selectively member of clan.
